My girls like to go outside every now and then. Annie goes running, and Judith enjoys walks. This is Judith, getting ready to go on one of her strolls around the area where we live. It is an industrial area, with an airport, a speedway, and many tractor-trailers.
I think the Empress likes to dress like this because she does not want to draw too much attention. I appreciate this about her very much. She is perfectly content walking around on her own with her cigarette in hand, ignored by everyone.
