Halloween 2023: The Ninja

We know Halloween is not until tomorrow, but everyone here decided to celebrate now. After all, as Peter Steele once said, “Every day is Halloween!” Here we have Judith as “The Ninja.” 

A few years ago, I stumbled on what looked like a yard sale. It was a family selling hundreds of Halloween items, all for 1 dollar. Each costume, wig, and accessory. I spent 70. Annie and Judith are good for another five years or so for costumes. They both already know what they will dress up as when each year comes.

100th

A big congratulations on this being Judith’s 100th photo set. The Empress and I have gone down quite an exciting road regarding photos. She has hung from ropes and chains, been bent and twisted, and even undergone surgery. 

The Empress has changed slightly since her first set. Every now and then, she reverts back to that level of madness. I love this. When she does this, it can be extraordinary. Then, she crawls into her hammock and goes back to sleep. 

There are so many great things happening right now. Plenty of time at home, great weather, the spooky holiday around the corner, a wonderful and festive feeling, and a special anniversary coming up. I cannot complain. 

 

Waking Her Up

Usually, I do not have to wake The Empress up. Judith sleeps whenever she feels like it. However, I thought it would be fun to show what it is like to wake her up when there is a Zoom call we have to be on or if we need a photoshoot done at a specific time. Enjoy. 

Judith does have her hammock, and she loves sleeping in that. Now and then, she will join Annie and me in the main bed. There is room, believe it or not. There is nothing quite like sleeping in a bed with two beautiful dolls by your side. 

I mentioned to someone that some people have multiple artificial companions. I have chosen to take in only two, and they are reconnected sisters. Wonderful dynamic. Also, they have a TON of clothes! 

Some people have already decided to bring an artificial companion in doll form into their lives. They just haven’t because of three main reasons: cost, where to keep the doll, and how their family/friends in their social circles will feel about it.
