It was late that night, and Annie was not yet asleep. Judith was also awake and chatty. She may have been a bit drunk. Their hair was a bit messed up, and it was just one of those pleasant, relaxing evenings. Soon, Annie and Judith were engaged in conversation.
What were they talking about? I think it may have been about Judith’s hands and how she has about 3 or 4 broken fingers. Annie knows a lot about this from personal experience. Maybe Annie was telling Judith that everything was going to be ok.
